Read carefully to be informed what to expect and do not hesitate to call me or text me for any queries that you might have.

-All services are available for home visits so I will be travelling to the client's home; if the address is outside the areas I usually cover ( see below the list of service areas) we will discuss the travel expenses or depending on each situation  might accept the booking or not; 

* I am not accepting booking in hotel rooms or where the parking is not available in place for which I apologise in advance; this might affect the time allocated for the treatment and I try avoiding any inconveniences;

-After booking a service you will receive a confirmation from me;

-Make sure you fill in the consultation form correctly to avoid any cancellation due to contraindication/s.

-I will arrive at the address 10 minutes before the booking to have time to meet you and set up for the session; in case something unexpected happens and restricts me from arriving , you will be entitled to a total refund;

-In client's case I would be happy to know 3-4 hours in advance that you potentially have to cancel for some reasons. 

- For setting up, I am bringing my own table for only for treatments that include Facial Reflexology.

- For Foot Reflexology you need a comfortable sofa or armchair, some cushions and a blanket for more comfort.

- List of service areas: Northfield, Longbridge, Rubery,  Kings Norton, Cotteridge, Stourbridge, Bromsgrove, Rednal, Barnt Green, Shirley, Hollywood, Solihull, Dorridge, Knowle.

- -any other addresses out of these areas will be discussed.

-Last but not least........

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL I TOLERATE ANY KIND OF ABUSE OR PROPOSAL  OF ANY KIND OR OF CHANGING MY TREATMENT/S SO I WILL ACT ACCORDINGLY; 

I AM INFORMING YOU THAT I AM 7/24 USING GEOLOCATION SECURITY SYSTEM FOR ALERT PURPOSES CONNECTED TO MYSELF AND MY CAR.
